Returns and Refund Policy

Our return process is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

1. Submit a Return

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Only unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible for return.
  • Once the returned tires are received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a $20 per tire fee for return shipping and any handling fees associated with the original order.

The $20 per tire return shipping fee will be waived if:

  • You place another order, or
  • We shipped the wrong tire.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at 833-GO4TIRES or via email for assistance.

2. Prepare Your Tires for Shipment

  • Attach each return label directly to the tread of the tires. Ensure the label is securely taped so it does not fall off during shipping.

3. Ship the Tires Back to Us

  • With the return labels securely attached, drop the tires off at a FedEx location. If you cannot reach a FedEx location, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a pickup from your home or business.

Special Instructions for Tires Shipped to a Shop

If you are returning tires that were shipped directly to a shop, follow the instructions in Step 1 above. Skip Steps 2 and 3, as we will handle the return label and schedule a FedEx pickup from the shop.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your order arrived with damaged or incorrect tires, please contact our Support team at 833-GO4TIRES immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement order for you. The damaged or incorrect tires must be returned, and we will provide the necessary shipping labels.

Cancellation Requests

We offer a 30-minute cancellation window starting from the time an order is placed. During this time, you can request to cancel your order. After 30 minutes, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the prompt shipping requirements from our suppliers.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy

TiresRight honors the manufacturer’s warranty coverage for all products we sell. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and may include additional warranties such as treadwear mileage guarantees or trial periods.

Please note that conditions outside the manufacturer’s control are not covered, such as:

  • Irregular wear due to lack of maintenance or vehicle issues
  • Accident damage, vandalism, or driving on a flat tire
  • Improper inflation or incorrect tire size/application
  • Improper storage or tires classified as "non-adjustable"

Warranty specifics may vary by manufacturer and tire line. For more information, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation or contact us directly. You may also work with a local dealer who carries the tire brand in question.
